Welcome to the Stamp Out Bullying mobile site! Your free online resource for advice, documents and other free information when you need it.

Before we talk about bullying we need to define what bullying is, it is defined as "repetitive and persistent, it is intentionally harmful, it involves an imbalance of power, it causes feelings of distress, fear, loneliness and lack of confidence" (1,2).
